Who I Am
I'm an IT Engineer with over 13 years of experience in the IT industry, most recently serving as Assistant IT Manager at Anheuser-Busch InBev's Namibian operations. I've managed and supported Microsoft environments for 280+ users across manufacturing, commercial, and logistics divisions — from server infrastructure and network security to business ERP systems and OT environments.
My career spans from hands-on IT support in Rundu to leading enterprise IT projects for one of the world's largest brewing company. I bring a results-driven approach to infrastructure management, with strong analytical skills and a professional attitude built over years of solving real problems in real factories. I'm methodical, persistent, and I take ownership — when something's broken at 2am, I'm the one on the phone fixing it.
Since completing my tenure at ABInBev in December 2023, I've been completing my BCom IT Management degree through MANCOSA, upskilling in cloud architecture and AI/ML, and building out my technical portfolio. I'm now actively seeking my next opportunity in IT engineering, infrastructure leadership, or cloud operations.

The Journey
Led IT operations for ABInBev's Namibian manufacturing plant, commercial, and logistics divisions supporting 280+ users. Managed server infrastructure (Server 2012/2016, Hyper-V, Azure), led IT projects and network security initiatives, and maintained all site IT infrastructure including SCCM, Cisco Meraki, Intune, CCTV, and access control systems. Drove business continuity planning, IT auditing processes, and achieved country IT KPI targets.
Provided L2 support for SABMiller's Namibian operations across plants, commercial, and logistics — 250+ users. Server support (2008/2012/2016), ServiceNOW ticket management, Salesforce admin, network infrastructure maintenance, and 24/7 standby support. Managed endpoint security with SentinelOne and VPN solutions.
IT support for a medical screening machinery and supplies company. Installed and maintained computers and client office networks across Namibia. Provided remote support, managed monthly on-site visits to nationwide branches, and contributed to sales targets.
Five years of foundational IT experience in northern Namibia. General IT support, computer sales and repairs, networking, and building a reputation for reliable hands-on technical work in a resource-constrained environment.
